DESCRIPTION
Bold uncluttered geometric design with vivid natural colors. Knotting is dense and tightly packed. This sort of medallion design with tree of life and birds is Kharaghan (west Persian) influence. But, the foundation is entirely light brown wool. This is most likely a Kurdish textile. Hard to find useful size. ex. personal collection; used and loved for many years.

CONDITION
Well cared for it. The pile is thick and plush throughout. Original wool side cords are present and stable but devoid of wrapping in some places.
