Loaded with naive sailor folk motifs including a mermaid, Neptune in chariot, marine bird, and crossed American flags. But this thing has an allegorical theme with meandering grape vines and the inscription “Christ the true vine” which is a biblical reference to John 15:1-17.

Includes custom antique exotic wood stand with good old patina.
