DESCRIPTION
Scratch-carved with pin prick details. American eagle atop a mystical pediment with American flag, scales and hammer and arrow. Note rising sun above which are a row of dice which pretty much all show fives. Bearded guy in mystical on reverse. Aside from being exemplary American folk art— does anyone have any idea what any of this means?

Includes fine custom stand.
