DESCRIPTION
West Persian village rug. Anchor medallion suggests Khamseh village. But obvious affinities with Kurdish/Bidjar might place the rug more on the north side of the Hamadan region. Somewhat shabby chic. Open field rugs are invariably decorative and work well with Period Antiques.

CONDITION
Someone loved the heck out of this rug and spent a lot more than I am selling it for on various repairs: They secured both ends-- but most notably several patches in which they repiled what were probably bare spots. Still some flecks of foundation here and there. It is what it is. Call, please for complete condition report.
