Folk Art 3/4 portrait of young girl in red dress with tortoise shell comb. Illegible script on verso. Paper label attributes to American Folk artist Micah Williams. Use of pastel; rendering of nose, clothing, lace, jewelry, and other details line are consistent with known Micah Williams comps. Original glass and elaborate gold frame.
