DESCRIPTION

Reference Martin and Tucker vol 4 pp. 82-83. "Connecticut designs Group IV"  stated to be probably Oliver Filley. Roses with white border. These larger cylindrical sugar boxes are fairly rare; most that turn up are attributed to Connecticut. A fine bold example.

CONDITION
Well used but most of the enamel work is solid. The pictures tell the Story. Please examine the photos.
