Unique elements in the decoration make it hard to place. Certainly Connecticut. Possibly Berlin area. Hepplewhite furniture brasses were used on the better quality boxes.

CONDITION
Most attrition (as usual) is in the asphaultum. Polychrome is pretty nice. aside from the lid. Please see photos.
