$0.00

SIZE
top is 18 1;2 x 18 1/2; 29" tall

DESCRIPTION
Made in or around Portsmouth. Pretty fancy. Birch with birdseye maple drawer fronts. Applied cherry cock-beading around drawers. Old surface and patina with original Sheraton brasses. Interesting what a maker has to go through to make ovolo corners. Legs are notched and attached to the case; reinforced with wrought nails from the inside. Ridiculously difficult. See photos. Note also that the maker used little wood pegs rather than nails to secure the drawer bottoms. Interesting piece.

CONDITION
Excellent. Very clean with no repairs. Please examine the photos carefully. The photos tell the story.
